Our comprehensive service portfolio includes but is not limited to interior and exterior renovations, bathroom remodeling, kitchen upgrades, roofing installations and repairs, solar energy system deployment, security infrastructure implementation, fire safety system installation, flooring solutions, door and window replacement, general home repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency response services. Specific scope parameters, projected timelines, pricing structures, payment schedules, and deliverables for each individual engagement will be comprehensively documented within separate service agreements, contracts, statements of work, or formal proposals executed between parties.
Pricing Structures & Payment Obligations
All quoted prices, estimates, and fee projections remain valid and binding for thirty (30) calendar days following issuance unless otherwise specifically stipulated in writing. Payment schedules, milestones, deposit requirements, progress billing arrangements, retention amounts, and final settlement terms will be explicitly detailed within your executed project contract or service agreement. Reasonable deposits may be required prior to work commencement at our discretion based on project scope and complexity. Final payment obligations become due and payable immediately upon satisfactory project completion, final inspection acceptance, and certificate of occupancy issuance where applicable. We accommodate diverse payment methodologies including major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, certified checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and approved third-party financing arrangements for qualifying applicants meeting established creditworthiness criteria.
Project Timeline Parameters & Delay Provisions
While we maintain unwavering commitment to completing all contracted projects within estimated timeframes communicated during proposal stages, actual completion dates may reasonably vary due to factors legitimately beyond our direct control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, material supply chain disruptions, permit approval delays, municipal inspection scheduling conflicts, unfore concealed structural deficiencies discovered during demolition phases, subsurface conditions, utility coordination requirements, or change order requests initiated by the homeowner client. Any materially significant delays affecting original completion projections will be communicated promptly in writing with revised realistic timeline estimates and explanations.
Warranty Provisions & Guarantee Limitations
We proudly stand behind the quality, durability, and workmanship of all services performed and materials supplied. Specific warranty terms, coverage periods, exclusions, limitations, claim procedures, and remedy options vary considerably by service category, material manufacturer specifications, and project complexity levels—all comprehensively detailed within your executed project agreement or attached warranty documentation. Standard warranties typically cover defects in workmanship and materials for specified duration periods ranging from one year to twelve years depending on service classification. Valid warranty claims must be reported promptly upon discovery through established channels and remain subject to verification investigation procedures. Normal expected wear and tear, damage resulting from homeowner misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or issues attributable to third-party interventions fall expressly outside warranty coverage boundaries.
Client Responsibilities & Cooperation Obligations
Clients agree to provide reasonable, timely, unobstructed access to designated work areas throughout scheduled working hours, ensure premises remain safe and hazard-free for our workers and subcontractors, obtain and maintain all required permits, licenses, approvals, and authorizations where applicable at client expense, remit payments according to agreed schedules without unreasonable delay, communicate concerns, questions, modification requests, and change directives promptly through proper channels, secure or remove valuable personal belongings, furnishings, artwork, electronics, and fragile items from work zones prior to commencement, restrain, confine, or relocate pets away from active construction areas throughout project execution duration, and cooperate reasonably with our field personnel to facilitate efficient workflow progression.
Limitation of Liability Provisions
Sharp Modular Home Solutions's aggregate cumulative liability arising from or connected to any claim, dispute, cause of action, or legal proceeding related to our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service or project giving rise to said claim. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or multiplied damages regardless of whether liability arises from contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory violation, or otherwise. Our comprehensive general liability insurance, professional liability coverage, workers' compensation protection, and bonding details are available for review upon reasonable written request.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
